My lunch go to is peanut butter and jelly. Jif peanut butter and grape jelly (Welch’s if I can find it) with BBQ chips (sometimes on the sandwich). Pretty basic and not very healthy but satisfying! Dinner leftovers are my go to! I cook for our household of 8 and love being able to benefit from the efforts at least twice for dinner and then lunch! My favorite sandwich is from Sweetpea Baking Co in Portland, OR - Chik’n Salad on a ciabatta bun and a side salad (which tastes so good because someone else made it!)
Turkey, stuffing, cranberry sauce sandwich! The ultimate.

My favorite ultimate sandwich is a Monte Cristo , deep fried with powdered sugar on top, and a side of raspberry jelly for dipping
