The new Folk Implosion record is in the pipe, heading for the spigot. We debuted a single last week, Moonlit Kind (Adelle’s favorite!). It’s trickling on all your favorite Digital Service Providers!
It’s been 2 and 1/2 years in the making, from our improv-in-the-attic bass/drum instrumentals, July 2021, to the final touch-up in early 2024. 10 robust tunes, in styles I can’t describe, sounding, to me, nothing like anything John and I have done before. It’s the perfect new addition to the Folk Implosion discography.

I did two 4-track cassette, solo demos for two songs from the LP (including the first single, Moonlit Kind). They sound like I recorded them in 1996 (that’s a good thing). They are streaming and downloadable for paid subscribers below.
