A clean bedroom, a tidy bedroom. A bedroom that has style, or is it styled? It’s decorated. There are paintings hung on the wall, the walls are painted colors picked with intention. Cohesion. Space, room on the floor. Trinkets (but not too many) in cute boxes and dishes meant for special objects. The bed frame is sturdy, it came premade and was placed in your bedroom. It’s real wood. You didn’t have to build this piece of furniture, nor any piece of furniture in that bedroom. Intention, planning. Design. Vision. A vision that’s been executed. It looks beautiful. The clothes hung neatly in the closet. A small pile of dirty clothes in the laundry basket that’s placed in the closet. That closet is fresh, clean and organized. The clothes that are in that laundry basket are definitely dirty and will be washed, dried, folded and put away in a timely manner. You can walk into this bedroom and at any moment, it’s ready to go, ready to be appreciated. The bed has such a nice matching set on it. It has sheets, comforters, pillows, decorative pillows, and possibly a throw blanket laid “just so” over a corner of the bed. It’s so lovely. You admire this room. This room is your blueprint. You think, THIS is what a bedroom should look like. THIS is what an ADULT bedroom IS. There’s also a faint hint of perfume in the air, not too much…just enough. The correct amount. On top of the dresser there is a lovely mirrored tray with a collection of perfumes bottles.
